Welcome from Mrs MacPhee, our Headteacher

P1 Transition Project - 'The Everywhere Bear'

Our transition project children joining us in August 2023 will be emailed to all nurseries.  As part of Riverside Primary’s transition, we have set up a small project for the children to do at the end of nursery and into the start of Primary 1.  It is based on the book ‘The Everywhere Bear' by Julia Donaldson.  We want to find out all the things that the children love to do at nursery, at home and, after the summer, at school as they journey from nursery to P1.

Watch the story being read aloud below by Miss Shaw.

For more information on the activity for families to complete at home over the summer please click here
