Translation Services

Stirling Council provides a Language Line telephone translation service for citizens who do not have English as their first language.

​

Language Line offers translation to help with routine enquiries and emergencies; guarantees a maximum 90 seconds waiting time; covers 100 different languages; is available 24 hours, 7 days a week; offers a text-to-speech facility - short documents can be faxed and the translator will dictate the translation over the phone; is charged at lo-call rate.
